Choosing mobile phone

which brand do you like ( Apple/Samsung/LG/Nokia/HTC/Other)
There'many brand on the market, and there're many secondhand mobile phone import from abroad especially Korea,USA.
What to think before choose a phone?
-New or secondhand : new price are higher and secondhand price are lower but we have to be careful to test it before purchase, many point to test :
-Screen : does it have scratch? Does it have any point that touch screen not work?
-Mic/Speaker : is it working?
-Sensor : Does all sensor work?
-Bluetooth/GPS : Does it work correctly?
-Unlocked : Does the phone have career locked?
-For Apple Iphone some user experienced with Losing IMIE that can't be fixed, Icloud is also problem for secondhand phone if you buy a phone that is locked by icloud it's problem.
-Hardware replacement : phone price are low but hardware replacement are expensive so before you choose you have to study about hardware replacement price.
Example : Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from korean price 250$ used phone and Screen replacement price is more than 100$ so it seem unseen.

-Laptop is easier if you need to use at school or other place.
Graphic card : if you use for Design/Game/Video player connect with large screen,high resolution tv you should choose Dedicated VGA card. if you use only for office/administration work you can choose integrated VGA card which have lower cost.
CPU there're many first brand (AMD and Intel) : for price AMD are lower than Intel, Due to user experience AMD are more hot when we use it for long time.
Screen size : as your favorite it doesn't meter. for laptop 14inch is medium not too small and not too large. for desktop you should choose and HD and wide screen.
HardDisk : You can choose as large as your budget i recommend Sata HDD not IDE because It's old version. Sata also have Sata2 (up to 3GB/s data transfer) and Sata3 (up to 6Gb/s data transfer)
If you need faster performance you can choouse SSD that have higher price.
Ram : for normal user 4Gb is good for windows 7/8/10.

Motor normally 50-70km/1 liter of petrol
Car start from 100km 7-8 liter ( Toyota corolla) (from user's experience)
for hybrid car like Toyota Pruis it is around 5.79 L/100 km (from wikipedia)
Normal government staff or company staff have ability to pay for petrol due to the distinct in Phnom penh is not so long, but the problem is the traffic jam, they have to spend more money because car driver have to stand by on the road and take more time to travel.
-Maintain cost
if you choose a new car you have to pay large amount of money maybe 50 000$
but you can buy used car start from 3000$ to drive but you have to maintain it in case some function of car stop working.

There're many factor that people create fake facebook profile i used to know is
-Adsense earner:Blogger ,Website's administrators they create profile to share link from their website to reach more people to visit their website so that they can earn more money.
-Sell product online : The seller create profile to post photo to their timeline and tag many many friend in order to show their product to more and more facebook user.
-Network marketing staff : They create fake profile in order to find their downline to join the network.
-Fake lover : Some people create fake profile to find couple in case their appearance are not good they use fake picture to find lover.

normally when go to their office at 13th floor of Phnom Penh tower building you have to pay 2$ to join their training. Some of their staff also use google form to spread link to people and get their facebook account if they complete their facebook's password in order to use their account to post more advertise without owner's permission. that's so harm full to people that don't know their bad idea.
